  • We strongly recommend professional installation.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on defective returns.
  • We do not offer technical support on installation, or trouble-shooting.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by defective products or loss of use, uninstall/reinstall charges that may be incurred due to defective products.
  • All defective returns are tested and if no problem is found item will be returned to buyer at buyer’s expense.
  • Buyer is responsible for any missing parts on defective returns.
  • Warranty will be considered VOID if the item shows any signs of the following: misuse or abuse, missing serial numbers, missing factory packaging, missing parts, etc.
  • Warranty service will be refused if serial number of unit does not match that of serial number sold by us.
  • By purchasing your product from us you agree to these terms and conditions with NO exceptions.

Return Policy     

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • No return is accepted without a return authorization at WPMORE's discretion.
  • Payment will be refunded less shipping and handling fee (average $10) plus 15% restocking fee if refund is  wanted.
  • The item has to be complete in order to get refund with 100% original unopened condition (no wires cut or stripped) with return freight paid by buyer.
  • Exchange or warranty only if box is opened and wires cut or stripped.
  • If the item is found defective within 30 days, no restocking fee is deducted to receive refund or replacement warranty.
  • After 30 days, defective items may only be repaired or replaced and buyer is responsible for shipping charges for any warranty/repair.
  • WPMORE has the sole discretion as to what is warrantied. Please feel free to contact us for any questions/support you need.

Shipping Policy    

  • Most orders ship within two business days or less.
  • Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday.
  • Expedited shipping is available, email for pricing.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US territories customers may be required to pay additional shipping costs. Seller has right to cancel order if customer does not wish to pay costs.
  • Refused or undeliverable orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Shipping carrier may differ based on buyer's location or seller's discretion.
  • No third party billing offered.
